卓悦中心

One Avenue

One Avenue is located at No. 348, Fuhua 1st Road, with a floor area of 300,000 square meters. It integrates multiple types of property types, such as Grade A office buildings with luxury residences and apartments, forming an urban core cluster of 1.4 million square meters with a unique top-level complex in Shenzhen.

Through the unique project plan of "4 themed malls + 1 block + 2 single buildings + 16 public spaces + cultural spaces + memorial hall", it provides a composite experience of international retail, themed catering, humanities and the arts, film entertainment, and parent-child social interaction. It is an open block-shaped commercial project.

福田星河

COCO Park

COCO Park is the first self-built and self-operated commercial project of the Galaxy Holdings Group. It is also the first shopping mall in Futian District and the first situational-park-type leisure shopping mall in Shenzhen, integrating recreation, shopping, catering, and entertainment. The project is located in the CBD of Futian District, Shenzhen, with the first phase covering an area of nearly 70,000 square meters. It is seamlessly connected to Metro Lines 1/3 with an average daily passenger flow of 80,000 people. 

Next to it is Galaxy International developed by the Galaxy Holdings Group. The upper part comprises high-end residences, while the lower part forms the second phase of COCO Park, which was officially opened on May 31, 2020. The second phase mainly includes retail, home furnishing, and children-related businesses, targeting fashion-conscious customers and families. The first and second phases of COCO Park include an area of 120,000 square meters.

福田星河COCO Park是星河控股集团第一个自建自营的商业项目，也是福田区第一个购物中心，更是深圳首个情景式公园版休闲购物中心，集休闲、购物、餐饮及娱乐于一身。本项目处于深圳福田CBD中心区，一期运营面积近7万平方米，无缝连接1/3号地铁线路，日均客流达8万人。

Link Central Walk is located at No. 3, Fuhua 1st Road, with a gross floor area of 89,000 square meters. It is an urban paradise on the central axis of Futian District, Shenzhen. WONGTEE PLAZA

WONGTEE PLAZA is located at No. 118, Fuhua 3rd Road, with a floor area of 130,000 square meters. It stands in the CBD of Futian District, Shenzhen, and borders the Civic Center to the north and the Convention and Exhibition Center to the south. The property is built on Shenzhen Metro Lines 1 and 4, and is thus seamlessly connected to the Convention and Exhibition Center, five-star hotels, commercial subway streets, and the bus hubs of the CBD. SCPG Center

SCPG Center is located at No. 69, Nonglin Road, with a commercial area of 127,000 square meters. It is the core business space of the Xiangmi Lake area. SCPG Center is committed to creating a quality center for families in the city. It is also the headquarters of the SCPG Group. It is a comprehensive large-scale commercial center integrating office, shopping, and leisure. The headquarters of SCPG and Wal-Mart China are also located here. 

Located in the high community settlements of Xiangmi Lake, it combines a deep understanding of the aesthetics of modern society with a keen grasp of avant-garde fashion trends, and emphasizes an attitude of sharing and experience. UpperHills

Located at No. 5001, Huanggang Road, UpperHills is an international urban complex integrating industrial research and development, apartments, hotels, and commerce, with three major parks and an "outdoor town + brand street + shopping mall". Based on the concept of "connecting the city", Lianhua Mountain and Bijia Mountain are connected through landscape corridors incorporating green ecology and an "upward life" integrating work, shopping, and leisure for urban residents.

C Future City

C Future City is located at No. 9283, Binhe Avenue, Futian District, Shenzhen, with a gross floor area of 80,000 square meters. The project is aimed at "youth fashion and art" and includes a number of unique commercial formats for art presentation. C Future City invited the French botanist Patrick Blanc to create a vertical urban garden, and currently collaborates with almost 20 well-known domestic and foreign artists and designers including teamLab, Daniel Arsham, Michael Lau, David Spriggs, Huang Yulong, BE@RBRICK, Wu Yuhui&UFO, and Wu Ziyang, among others, who have created 20 art spots within the shopping mall and in the sunken plaza and outdoor space. They have presented works of art shown for the first time in South China, China, and even the world.

At the same time, a number of brands have been introduced here, including the first Tsutaya Books in South China, teamLab Future Park, the first permanent exhibition hall in China, and "China's first flagship store", MMC, a store offering a collection of international trends and containing many well-known IPs around the world. It strives to build a destination integrating technology, art, and fashion trends in Shenzhen.

In Joy

In Joy is located at No. 126, Zhongkang Road, Futian District, with a commercial area of 100,000 square meters. It is an experiential shopping mall integrating international beauty business, Internet celebrity catering, fashion retail, family entertainment, and other businesses. AVIC City Dreams · On is located in Huaqiangbei, a central business area of Futian District, Shenzhen, with a commercial area of 200,000 square meters. The project consists of five blocks, ABCDE, forming a "block + mall" commercial space.
